H&M Studio has launched its Spring/Summer 2025 collection, blending sharp 1980s-inspired tailoring with vibrant poolside leisurewear. Available in select stores and online at hm.com since March 6, the collection caters to the modern “power woman” who demands versatility without sacrificing style.
80’s Corporate Meets Coastal Cool
Drawing from the assertive aesthetics of 1980s corporate fashion and the laid-back energy of Miami and Los Angeles, the collection emphasizes structured silhouettes, cinched waists, and sporty details.
Linda Wikell, H&M Studio designer, explains:
“For SS25, we looked to the power woman and imagined her whole day – not just corporate life – because her strength and sense of style goes beyond the 9-to-5. She needs it all: tailoring, statement dresses, shirting, easy separates and denim. But in a way that brings together gravitas and glamour.”
Key Pieces

The collection features bold textures and a daring color palette (corporate grey, scarlet red, water blue), anchored by:
-
Sharp-shouldered coats: resembling bathrobes, crafted from boucle fabric.
-
Shirt-bodysuits: merging office formality with sleek design.
-
Coordinating suit sets: in distorted underwater prints.
-
Oversized water-repellent clutches and angular footwear.
Materials like leather, cotton-blend boucle, and knitted Ottoman ribbed fabric add structure, while sporty nylon jackets and draped mini-dresses bridge work-to-play transitions.
Paris Fashion Week Celebration

H&M Studio debuted the collection at a Paris Fashion Week event in the Marais district, transforming a venue into office-themed sets (reception, photocopier room, mini gym).
Ann-Sofie Johansson, H&M’s Creative Advisor Womenswear, shared:
“We’re always thrilled to be in Paris, and sharing our collection here during fashion week makes it feel extra special. The support we received last night was incredible.”
Linda Wikell added:
“It was important for tonight’s cocktail party to mirror the sense of confidence in the SS25 collection. From the strong silhouettes with elevated denim to the leather pieces and statement dresses, you could see how our take on modern dressing works in Paris – and beyond.”
The SS25 line arrives as the luxury resale market surges, with H&M Studio positioning itself as a leader in accessible, fashion-forward workwear. Key items like the grey cropped nylon jacket and scarlet red draped dress are already trending on social media.

“H&M Studio’s SS25 collection redefines power dressing for a generation that refuses to compartmentalize ambition and leisure. As Wikell notes, “Modern dressing isn’t about compromise—it’s about confidence.”
